Douglas T. Barall, son of the Honorable Judge Herbert Barall, graduated with his Juris Doctor from Western New England College in 1988 after completing his undergraduate studies at University of Hartford. Douglas T. Barall was admitted to the Practice of Law in 1988 and admitted into the US Federal District Court in 1990. Attorney Barall has been in practice since 1988 and has served as a Special Master for the Connecticut Superior Court since 1991. He has served as Special Master in Hartford, Rockville, New Britain and Middletown Superior Courts. Attorney Barall has extensive expertise in family matters, divorce and mediation.
